Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your Copper Fit gear back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
